TERMS OF SERVICE
Last updated: May 2026
These are the terms for using the Goldseed web player. They're written to be readable, not to trap you. By creating an account and using the player, you agree to them.
What the player is
The Goldseed player gives you access to stream our music. You can create a free account with your email address and a password. We ask for sign-in not to harvest your data, but because we want to share our music intentionally — with people who actually want to hear it.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Don't share your password or reuse one from elsewhere. If you think your account has been compromised, contact us straight away.
The music
Everything in the player — the music, artwork, and any accompanying text — is the intellectual property of Goldseed and its collaborators. The player is licensed for personal, non-commercial listening only. Please don't download, copy, or redistribute the music without our permission; use our music in any commercial project without a licence; or claim our work as your own.
If you want to use our music for something — a film, a podcast, a project — just ask. We're approachable.
Data we collect when you listen
By using the player, you agree that we may record basic listening activity — which tracks you play, play counts, timestamps, and listen duration. This helps us understand how the album is being heard and improve the experience. See our privacy policy at goldseedmusic.com/privacy for full details.
Acceptable use
Don't do anything that would damage the service or other users. Don't attempt to circumvent access controls or reverse-engineer the player. Don't share your account credentials or create accounts on behalf of others.
Availability
We'll do our best to keep the player running, but we're an independent project and can't guarantee uninterrupted access. We might take it down for maintenance, update it, or change things without much notice.
Termination
We can remove access if these terms are being abused. You can stop using the player and delete your account at any time by contacting us.
Liability
The player is provided as-is. We're not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of it. We're musicians, not lawyers, but we mean this in the normal legal sense too.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
